We are located at 9550 Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 116, Room 308 North Chesterfield VA, 23235.
Deposits
*All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit goes
toward your overall service fee. Appointments are not confirmed until
deposits have been made.
Salon Experience
1. A shampoo and blow-dry are complimentary for all services. If you
decide to come with your hair already shampooed, it will not change the
price of your service.
2. All new hair color and extension clients require a consultation.
3. I do not service Closures or Frontals.
4. Detangling is included with each service price, but if it becomes excessive (over 15mins), there will be a $15 upcharge.
5. All services must be paid for in CASH ONLY
6. You must come to your appointment alone. No extra guests are allowed
7. I do not service children under 12 years old.
8. Pictures and/or videos may be taken of your hairstyle during or after your appointment.
9. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our salon policy.
Late/Cancellation Policy
*Clients have only a 15-minute grace period to arrive late without notification. Anything after that,
you will be asked to reschedule for a future date. Failure to arrive
within the 15-minute grace period will forfeit your deposit. If you wish to
re-book, another deposit will be required to do so.
*To reschedule an appointment, go back to your confirmation email within 72 hours of your appointment. Should you have to cancel within 48 of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service charge. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service charge and banned from booking another appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once before you forfeit your deposit.
